Embrace your Darkness – Step into the Light
This is a powerful method that helps you to become friends with one of your dark sides. Because whenever you face and befriend fear, anger, jealousy, comparison, envy or any other uncomfortable feeling inside of you - you come closer to the light. Only by consciously exploring your dark side, transformation is possible.
Creating this method was a steppingstone in my own ongoing journey from a state of division to a state of wholeness. Whenever I was able to invite and include an uncomfortable or ugly feeling instead of hiding or rejecting it, I suddenly felt better – even enriched.
